problem loading silkroad

When i press the start button on the silkroad online client gameguard loads but then i get this error

Microsoft viual basic c++ runtime library

Program: C:\Programs\Silkroad\sro_client.exe

abnormal program termination

can someone help me with this

I had same problem, in my case it was fire wall, switch it of and it must work
if no, I dunno what can it be else ..

i dont got any firewall installed i only got antivirus

I dunno, it's different to all somehow
if u hadn't this problem befor, then u must think, what u have instaled, after what u got it
cus some new programs may cause some problems with others, what they actualy shouldn't
also it can be, that u closed the game not properly or while updateing something was instaled bad
so I would say, just try to reinstal the game ...
hope it works

i found the problem i needed to install the lates graphics drivers
