Help On My Character

I think i messed up on my character i wanted to balance my guy out im lvl 22 and have learned many skills like have ice lighting and fire and also learned some force i have made many mistakes with my character but i have gotten attached what would you guys think i should do start over sp farm... o yah i use a gravie so i donno what you guys think i wanted to use a sword but not sure what kind of armor would u guys suggest..right now i use armor is that good and i believe im 79& physical and 4% magical i wanna say that but not sure ne inputs would be nice thanks
