[RELEASE] NEW REVBOT v1.4.6

Here is the new revbot and actually the last revbot available.

Added :

*Small Notice message when you want to connect to irc
*New Nuconnector (maybe it works better than previous version)

I don't think that these changes are only ones, but i cannot know what are REAL Changelogs because forum is down, and creators don't tell a word about this new version.
