Which Throwing is better?

I wanted to see which people think is more useful of throwing. I'm curious

The normal frag nades since they can be throw further, do more dmg, and can get kills.

tHE new leet nades XP cuz I was sniping and I saw like 3 sprayers And I chucked 2 and Got a triple kill :D but flashes are a bitch. >.>

Nades ftw....some days, i get more kills with nades then with my k2...

I prefer the newer nades the RGD-5 not sure if its in your server yet...there better beacuase well by the time your traditional nades go off the enemies long gone and they might of shot you to death in the meantime...I've had a higher record of grenade kills per game with the newer nades

If you're sniping, RGD-5 would be preferred.
If you're spraying, the regular nade would be better.

Flashes are a great help to sprayers.
Anyways this is my opinion: Smoke/Posion grenades are useless.
The rest are much better.

the classic nades (normal frag, flash, smoke) are my fav and are all useful

Grenades of course since they are the only nades that can get you some kills. They are also useful for throwing behind you when running away from someone.

Its not true. Green Smoke. Put it near a bomb, someone comes. They try to defuse it but gets poisoned >.> But still, Nade FTW :D Flashes are annoying. They somehow killed me 100+ times
