I think the Kick feature's files

are in the effect folder...

you can also avoid votekick by alt tabbing when u get the "you will be kicked, you will recieve a wep penalty..." message pop up on ur screen. Altho all you have to do to not get kicked is completely own with your team playing legit. E.G, win a round when its you versus 5 of their team

i looked in the effect folder, only one file in there and it was extremely long and its gonna be hard to try and edit that to disable vote-kik. Or at the very least hard to find the little strip that contains the kik function
