try reinstalling soldier front? if you have the time
else run task manager and check out all the processes and see whats bad / good

Actually, Hacker, this is much more common than you'd think. This problem occurs every so often with all games.

The first thing I'd have to ask you is how many processes you have running when you start up your computer (After everything loads up).
Close anything you wouldn't need.
If that doesn't solve the problem, head over to the Ijji support forum.

Yo I am a Hacker u seriously dont really know anything. I have done that with him and it did not work we got him a new D3D8.dll still does not work so what i am doing now is going to tell him to un-install all his recent downloads.

that wont help atall, thats just like doing a system restore. if you have tried a system restore than im afraid to tell you your screwed. theres litrelly nothing else to do. because you tried a system restore it does everything. uninstall recent programs delete new files and close programs you didnt have open. im pretty sure its to do with a bugged program and sf thinks that its a hack.
anyway system restore was the best solution. if it dont work. id give up trying.
OR EVEN TRY PLAYING SF ON A DIFF PC LOL

Go to C:/Ijji/usf/data/weapon and remove weapon_1002

Its weapon_1001.

I highly doubt thats the problem that would get some error about "invalid data"

Please eitherpost a HiJack log or tell us the programs you have running before starting sf.

And also Do a virus scan on your machine.

And remember hacks such as uvc,net suspender,that thingy to slow down your comp have been patched :D ill check back later or tomorrow :D if you want you can post a picture of your task manager maximized when starting sf.
