When i try to run SF i get ( Cannot Run Multiple Instances Of Soldierfront (2)

And i always have it on my old pc i gave 2 my little brother...and i rlly want 2 get sf working on his pc....the pc was super slow and when i was trying 2 find waht was wrong i found a Zangoo folder and i was like oh shit a few years ago i was retarteded.....but anyways i re-installed windows and it uninstalled everything( no desktop shortcuts adn soem stuff is messed up) and i also di dthis 2 mine and my SF wouldnt play i just re-started and it worked again but on my old pc even after i re-installed windows XP it still says (Cannot Run Multiple instances Of Soldierfront (2)...but i have not tried 2 redownload SF cause i had 2 leave....but does any1 thing thiers any other possible reason cuase ive had thsi problem on that pc 4 like 5 months and still havent foudn a solution 4 it or why it does that thanks ^_^
