Solider front Information

When i click play live it takes long and then a box comes up saying:

"Unable to retrieve necessary game information"

And the title of that box is "FFFFFFFB"

Some help ?

reformat ur comp? thats wat i didnt wen i had that problem O_O

I don't want to reformat my computer.

I tried to uninstall it and install it again but it still didn't work.
