A video or graphics card that will get me 32 fps all the time.

I gotten a new comp (For free!!). Now it has 256mb of ram I'm okay with that since its the minimum. But the graphics card sucks. On that comp my water is white I can't see clan marks etc. Now I'm looking for a Pci x3 slot
50$-90$ that will get me 32fps all the time. So then I can own on my new comp :).
I don't buy from the internet since I don't trust the internet like from buying stuff. I trust Circuit city and bestbuy. TO help me you can go to

To find me a Pci x3 ( I think thats the regular one not sure correct me if it is) video card for 50$-90$ that will get me 32 fps all the time. Say like a 8vs8 bridge. I want the card to get me 32fps!. Also please check the specs to see if it will work for SF or not. I tried searching. Got bored. ........
Idk if the only slot for it is Pci x3 but yeah. Or if even the Pci x 3 exist or just the regular Pci. Since I checked out my comp specs it said bus type Pci x3.

Im not a big technical person, but Im pretty sure Nvidia is much better than Pci. And I felt the same way about buying off the internet but the truth is that if you want to get a good deal on a good card, the best way would be to buy online. Ill edit this later and give you a good site. Or you can just browse on ebay.

lol I'm on my pc that has all the coding and hacking materials and such and i bought it for this pc but it's a piece of shit. So I'll buy everything all over again but It's shitty otherwise. But my graphics card is shit but still better then yours. NVIDA® GeForce4TM MX440 graphics card with 128mb DDR SDRAM video memory and TV out,! AGP. Compared to my other pc it's a piece of shit. But I can still see water and clan marks. How ever it doesn't always get 32 FPS. My other pc I dun really like the graphics card but It still pwns most. But I think they stopped making the drivers for it because I couldn't find any updates on the ATI Raedon website. But if I were you I'd get your ass up drive to best buy and if your to young walk. Ask them for a graphics card tell them the minimum requirements for SF tell them your price range your goals what you plan to get out of it ect. I don't think GzP was the first place you should have looked. Have the people in the SF section are mindless retards. Let alone the rest of GzP. So pretty much just go to BestBuy. Problem solved. Any ways I'll check there website out and tell you what you should get.

Get anything in the 5 series of Nvidia's cards. The 5500 FX/FX should suit your needs.

and yea Nvidia 5 Series should be good enough since Combat Arms min. req. is a Nvidia 5500 FX.

If u r from USA, Go look ur GPU at tigerdirect.com. They sell GPU for cheap to me.
If u r from Canada like me, go look for ur GPU at tigerdirect.ca or canadacomputers.com
