As there was a recent case of users posting Malicious Files with the intent of harming users who downloaded the file, the Soldier Front Moderators have decided that :

All Downloads Threads must have a Scan Report done and attached to the Download thread.

Threads with downloads, without a Scan Report, will be Automatically Closed by any of the Moderators present.

This is the Include the Scan Report working Link , not just pasting the Virus Scan report onto the Thread.

Users found editing the Virus Scan results, with the intent of deceiving users into downloading the file thinking its safe, will be given a 7Day Automatic Ban.

All Users are also reminded to always Scan .zip and .rar File(s) before opening them in their Computers. This is a safe practice, which would usually eliminate malicious files.

Regarding the use of 3rd Party websites being used to host your file(s), It has been decided that from today (22-5-08), you are only allowed to use GzP Host to host your file(s) on 3rd Party sites. This is to be on top of your File(s) being already uploaded onto GamerzPlanet, unless it is too big.

We are disallowing users to use MegaUpload as well as RapidShare because those have caused many problems between users who have tried downloading. Filebeam has announced that it would be closing down as of June 1st because of Bandwidth cost which they are unable to meet, thus, Filebeam is not usable as a 3rd Party upload website.
