Dude, all you have to do is.. download the file.. Extract it to your desktop.. Then Cut/Copy the file into your Data>Weapons folder. Here's a Pic Tut...It's pretty self-explanatory.. this took me quite a while so if it helped you or if you think this is worth reading.. please hit the thanks button. :D enjoy

Actually, i'm from Taiwan and i benefit quite a lot from this forum. Though i can't play American version SF in Taiwan but i just try to do something to thank you guys here. I think this can be used in Taiwan version SF and it may work in other country's version. That's why i post it for you to try.
