This is from Taiwan version SF and i don't know whether it works or not in American version.

Just put this file in the folder Data> Weapon

and it may speed up your weapon switch. Try it!

It may cause action and sound to be un-synchronized.

It seems that it's been patched because a pop-up window shows,"Data is invalid. Please re-intstall Special Force.". ,there are still some ways to fix it up. You can try to figure the way out yourself. It still works although everyone says it's been patched. It's not detected by Gameguard, but by the server's check.
