Help Me

This is horrible, i can't glitch anymore.
I try the xfire thing, i change the setting that print screen sysrq can take the picture, when i try to glitch, i can't even go in the box, i try so many time, run with knife, and keep try to stuck in, but i can't...... My pings stay in the range of 120-140.....
The lag machine doesn't work.
Some one help me and teach me how to glitch in the new way.
