Killing with nades while tapping

Hey i was playing last night and there was tapper that was getting 3 kills a match. But i find it really hard to get a kill wit ha nade cause it always bounces off. Is there a special way that u can almost always get a kill with 1 nade.

Yes, it easy, i get like 5 kills every round, but i quit =). Go far away from person and throw it on the ground and it will bounce to the enemy and boom their dead.
