Need help concerning SF JAP.

Well... as the topic said, I need help with SF Japan. I've installed the game properly (I hope), and now I'm trying to make an account. I followed the tutorial in the sticky, however, I get something different than what the dude in the tutorial gets.

Here's what I see.

So my question is, are there any other ways of subscribing or is my browser (IE7) just leaving out things?

Seems to me you're missing some active x sh_it or flash updates. That is not what you should see. The problem is with your browser I think.
