How To Mass Kill Effectively:

This is going to be a Lengthy Tutorial, SO PLEASE BARE WITH IT! READ EVERY PART OF IT BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN AND ASK QUESTIONS


First off, you guys probably know about Net-Stepping right?

Well, if you don't, it's when you pull out your Internet Modem or Push a button on your modem called "Standby". This will cause everyone to seem "frozen", thus you can go walk around killing people as they are stuck, then replug/repress the button. Tadaa! you see some kills pop up.


Now, basically this tutorial is going to be for the Internet Modem models that have a Standby button located somewhere on it. The reason being for this is because pulling out the USB/Ethernet Cable for the modem is unreliable. Sure, you can do this BUT when you plug your modem back in you will find that it will take awhile for the internet to go back online.

Anyways, I prefer the map Shanghai for this "trick". 2 Reasons: It's easier to get to the opposite spawn and kill them which will minimize the disconnection possibility, and two, the spawn areas are small so a simple throw of a grenade will kill most of them, which is also quick so that you can't get D/Ced. Now, this trick can be done on any team. Whether it be the Blue Team, or the Red Team it will still work.


I also prefer using the following weapons:

PSG-1 (Sniper)
&
GRENADES

Reason:

PSG-1 has good aim, plus it has enough shots to kill 5 people without reloading after every shot like the other sniper, and this can be done just within the D/C limit (meaning you wont D/C if you do it right). + Grenades can get a bunch of people in 1 hit.



Let's start off with the Blue Team:


When you spawn, you will notice that you are in a small area on the street surrounded by a garage on the right and on the left, a building with a door. When you go up a bit, you will notice the door that is right before the corner of the house at your spawn on the left. This is the "invisible" line you need. You must not cross it. Why? Because if you cross that line, press the standby button, kill, and replug the button, you will most likely die because you were left exposed outside for the enemies to kill you.

OK, so again, when you spawn, run as fast as you can to that corner of the house on the left. Just before you pop out of the corner into the open, press the Standby button. KEEP ON RUNNING. (If you don't know where to run...Run to the other team's spawn area.) Get out your grenade or a knife when you do this so that you can run your full speed. Heck, just use a grenade since it is the same weight as a knife and plus you are going to need to use it anyways.

So run to the other spawn, and just as you get to the door of the spawn, throw the grenades at the guys that are standing still. REMEMBER TO DO THIS QUICK. Throw half ass throws if you have to. Don't waste time aiming properly for 5 seconds or you'll be sorry.

After you are done throwing your grenades, quickly switch to the PSG-1 and snipe off randomly 5 guys. If you are a good aimer, quickly shoot off their heads if you want some headshot kills. BUT REMEMBER: DO IT AS QUICK AS YOU CAN!!!

As soon as you are done, press the Standby Button again to get internet again.

Now, it's just a matter of waiting. You should notice that you cannot type, you cannot do anything but run, sometimes you even die and you stay stuck with 0 hp. DONT PANIC. It HAPPENS. It depends on how long you stayed in standby mode for. So if you pressed the button for 15 seconds, pressed it again, you will have to wait for about 15 seconds before you can talk or do anything. You can tell if you are done net-stepping because you will be able to talk, you will notice on the top right corner of your screen a mass killing you have done, and most of all, you will notice people screaming: HACKERR!!!!! You will probably wipe out almost all of the enemies, except 1-3, and sometimes if you are unlucky, 1-5 .



THERE YOU HAVE IT!


I hope this was understandable. I'm too lazy to right about the red team, but you will probably find out on your own after a couple of tries with the blue team. It's all about finding the quickest way to get to the other spawn.


Sometimes what I like to do when I have to wait for my internet to recollect the missing time (by this I mean when I repress the standby button) is I run to the Sub and sit there. Most of the time, when you go on the sub, you wont win the game, you will just sit there, but then after you get the kills and stuff, no matter what you will still win, even if there are a couple of people still alive. It's cheap. I know. It's fun to do though. .

Also, sometimes people will notice that sometimes they stay around not able to do anything after 1 min or more when you repress the standby button. You will either D/C (because you took too long) or you will somehow see the entire team respawn again. This is because the game ended and you are still in the weird lag time. During this time, you can either try and kill some of the enemies or maybe you might get discovered and they shoot you up. If this happens, don't worry! You will spawn back to your spawn again and you can go kill again .

OH AND YEAH: IT'D BE A GOOD IDEA TO USE WALL HACKS FOR THIS BECAUSE YOU WILL SEE THE ENEMIES QUICKER AND DETERMINE WHAT YOU WILL DO AND STUFF LIKE THAT. ALSO, AFTER THE NET STEP, IT'S HANDY TO HAVE IT TO KILL OFF THE REMAINING PEOPLE.
