Netsuspender Troubles

My tapping program is the netsuspender(not sure which version or if that matters) but when I start tapping, shoot someone, and then untap, the person doesn't die. and I do all this within a 5-10 second time frame. any ideas if it's been patched or if I need to update my netsuspender?

lol i tryed tapping into other team base in emp...i thought i kiled 3 of the 4...the 4th was glitching and i was stuck running in 1 place...lol

ps - i got NS 4.3

I cant use it at all,
I've misplaced the bypass but it said something like it was corrupted or this application failed or something and I cant open netsuspender because it cant find the shellapi.dll was not found "Re-installing this application may fix this problem"
Any ideas/help?

they patched net suspender but still good for tele's

Well, "Re-Installing it" I cant even open it up to do anything.
Plus I haven't installed it or anything, How would I do that, All I have is the Net Suspender
Am I missing something?
