Can't open bypass.exe

Hello, could someone please tell me how to open bypass.exe?
When I try to open it something pops up and says
cant open blah blah bypass.exe

Try restarting your computer.

What does this 'bypass' actually bypass? Can you tell me which thread you found it in? I will test it to see if it even works, if not I'll get rid of it.

Lolzer, hes talking about the Netsuspender bypass.exe. if you really want to know, ill attach the shellapi.dll thing ere. someone posted an exact same thread and attached it.

Well every hacks and bypass that u where saying have all Api fonctions to make the utility Enable or only make it open xD even for the new wallhack

I Have A Bypass But Their Is Difforent Bypasses For Difforent Things.

Cheak Out The Coading Of The Program And See If You Can Fix It If You Know What You Are Doing But If You Dont I Would Just Leave It And Try Redownloading It.

If You Are Trying To Download Programs Eg Hacks From Gamerzplant I would Not Use "DAP" It Dose Not Correctly Download Some Flies.
