netsuspender help

uhmmm...this thing freezes everybody in the game but when i suspend shoot then resume right away it doesnt kill...i was able to kill with it before but now i dont know what happened...any ideas?

happens to me...
so now i just use to rush or pwn glitchers
would appreciate tips also
