Fly Glitching

ok, i tried to fly like white-g did or like somebody else did.. but instead.. i took off a green box and woot, i flew once, only once out of 20tries.. then i tried a lower crate that was easier to get onto...i flew again the first time, but this time, i flew into the wall, i couldn't do it the other times.. .. hoping people could tell me how to do this on purpose?

p.s. i always entered into a door

p.s. i forgot to mention that there was also one person that glitched into the lower bomb in desert
