Need help downloading SF hacks

I need help becuz whenever i try to download Sf hacks there is a pop up which says: windows could not acces the specified divice,file or path. You may not have the appropriate permission to acces this feature.
can any1 help? This might be a simple thing i dunno i aint brill at computers but if you can help it would be great.

Use the damn search button, I've answered this question personally like 15 different times. You new people should just be banned upon arrival.

Shocker its not that, Its a problem i got aswell, its after i extracted them but when i try to open the .exe file it gives me that error.. Anyone got a fix for it?
