netlimter question

One question, for net limiter pretend the on and off is f9 and f10. if i click f9 then tap will my other comp have a effect? like 2 different comps but on one i tap and what happened to the other one if its online? does it frezze untill i f10?
and is it harmful to your router? i use verizon dsl

It only affects the computer being used. Otherwise, my wife would've killed me by now. I use NetSuspender to tap.

Lol. No Kids, a GF, Aged 25 for me. Although. I am getting tired of All the 11 year old asking for hacks and pre-scoping. For some odd reason though, I use my Modem, but I never D/C my GF.. so its kinda weired.
