Un-killable Tapping Program? / Weapon Skins

Does anyone know that Tapping hack that lets you tap kill and people can't kill you while ur in the tap? i believe you have to be the host for you to tapkill but i saw this one guy tap everoyne without dying unless he was out of the tap. Also Isn't it possible from taking the weapon skins from Thai or KsF to transform say a PSG-1 into an Engraved one? or even a dragonuv

Hell, maybe make the psg look like the magnum sniper in CS:S, that'd be sweet. Hell maybe make the berreta look like the deagle too!

Dude yeah that would be hella siick + adding the sounds would make it sound FEROCIOUS! :D anyways i saw 2 guys with this program one was tapping in a CW other one was in a TB

Yeah i tap all the time, i use the netsuspender, then i use a private bypass (not EMU) if your having a problem with emu i might make a taping program but im like lazy as **** right now lol, give me a week and i will have one up

Did only your team try to kill him? If so then he must have prevent team kill. However if also the enemy can't kill him in tap mode, then he must have uber lag or has an unreleased tapping program which prevents death while in tapping mode.

Or you know shit about tapping.
You have to be host WITH ANY TAPPING PROGRAM.
Modem taps aren't as strong.

I know people changing weapons in SWAT4 v1.0 just by altering some ini files after the game executes. But that's only client sided. I doubt it can be done so that others can see your magnum sniper too.
