Mipla patched?

i dont get it people say mipla is patched but mine works perfectly fine.
the only thing is when i tap i just cant kill i can still tele......
also if u wanna kill while tapping u can just tap then point ur aimer at some1's headshot shoot then u quickly connect so they still die.
