Does the Dex Work?

I have done everything in the hacks section for gameguard emulator but my dex won't work?
Placed Dex1.0 By Adam in C:\Program Files\ijji\ENGLISH\u_sf
Why can't it work? It says Authenitcating then says Auth Error <Login/Password Incorrect?>
Why anyone can Help me?
Ive done all the stuff correctly in the download hacks section for the gameguard emulator someone help please?(Many friends have this problem any one canhelp?)

lol ok. EVERYONE knows that dex doesnt work for ALL accounts ok?
