Ok im new and i dont know how to glitch could somebody teach me the easiest way please

Ffs! This Has Been Posted So Many Times!!
1. Make Sure You Have Xfire Unpatched And Your Hotkey Ready
2. Run Upto A Box/wall/crate Etc.
3. Just Before You Hit It, Hit Your Hotkey And Your In!
Some Glitches Can Only Be Done From Certian Angles
