Xfire problems that im having

ok well i run my fraps and xfire 2gether and unpathched xfire with i think v1.5 with is the latest..and well when i use my hotkey its ok but then its like the 2nd time i used the hotkey xfire like possibly crashes and not enogh lag..how do i fix this?

Try using Xfire alone - Without Fraps
