Dev C++ help

Ok got past number 8.
But now....
How do i get to
tools -option-projects and solution-VC++directories and add direct sdk includes and lib

I cannot find that either. On Dev

how about using Visual C++ cause dev sucks like hell
use Visual C++ its better than Dev
