What is the utility of aimpoint?

It's really useful for Quick Scoping. But I don't use it, kind of useless to me.

After you use an aimpoint for about 2 weeks, you won't need it anymore and would naturally inherit the skill. Your mind will [kind of] picture the plus sign (+) there and yea..

There very easy to make as well. Try making your own, just find the screen size then half it to find the center - then draw a line on the x and the y axis.

what does your aimpoint do ingame?

it draws a small crosshair in the center of your screen.

So in a nutshell the answer is NO, an aimpoint is not an aimbot.

aimpoint allows snipers to
1) aim more easily... the crossair allows the sniper to calibrate where to scope in at
2) noscope/quickscope eaiser.. knowing where the bullet will go (assuming that u are up close)/allows for easy scoping to a target upclose)
it allows sprayers to locate the center of the crosshair especially helpful w/ guns that have lots of recoil
