Whats the setting to UN-patch xfire?

Im wondering what does the unpatcher do EXACTLY (The one from awesome Hotshizle ^_^) It worked for my laptop (XP) But it does not work for my desktop (Vista) So if anyone knows what im supposed to do ide appreciate it greatly :D I already edited xfire so It manually detets SF so Its just the what do I do with the xfire folder (Like do I put in |ENABLE_SCREENSHOT| or something :/ )
