i see one person usin knife but wrnt he kill a persons say killed by other guns i se one doing with a sniper and other with shotgun , so for that its a program or fast change?

Its lag. On their screen gun is out.

or they are host and they are tap killing? have knife out. tap. get your gun out and kill, then switch to knife. untap

Yeah. It's lag. On the players Screen, the Gun is already been out, loaded, and whatnot. Whist on the other players Screen, you're weapon is probably still a Knife, cause you're lagging.
