Hey guys i am wanting to create a .dll file but i cant read or wright to them any one know any programs that can read and wright .dll files if not then thanks for looking at the post.

C++ way to make a dynamic library you need to learn C++
If you are learning how to turn the source into a dll please be more specific on what compiler your using.

dev c++ never rely used it
microsoft virtual studios the 1 i recommend n use

i was wondering that 2 is it possible 2 just start a dll file blank...like wen ur in microsoft word...u start it it's blank and then u type stuff in

Well first, you might want to spell write right... And then check out the "Learn C++ in 21 days!" tutorial.
