When you have a 30 round game, you receive no exp due to the fact that the exp is client sided, The Server only knows how to give you exp for the normal rounds, (i.e. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) So when you go Over or Under that amount, It doesn't know how to give you exp and doesn't in that regard.

This doesn't really help, it mostly wastes your time, this thing is also pretty old, imakehacks psoted this a long time ago, but people already discovered it before him.
