Need some pro's help

Hi all
i was trying to open .sff files that are found in soldier front files. i used notepad to open but all i saw is some box and wiered codes. I wonder some of you can help me on finding on how to decode those codes.

google doesnot help. im not begging buy direct links can help a lot

Go on google and search: .sff File Extractor download.
There will be propably some dude who made a program that opens .sff files.
