i have herd alot of things like relode hack and hacking psg. and i have seen ppl shoot there sniper without it maping a sound. is that a lag or a hack? and i was serching the ijji thing and i found 4 weapon folders but it wount let me see them.

people have posted a lot of things about the things you are talking about. i know that to make the psg shoot silent then right after you shoot you have to switch weapons or something. i have never done it nor have i tried so i can't tell you exactly how to do that. but like the guy above me says... use the search button or just google it... because i know i have seen thoes posted here before.

After you shoot on the psg, quickly press the hotkey for another weapon.

YOU will hear the gun, if you do it right, others won't.

For the weapon and reload hack they did exist, but they are patched atm. I am not sure if other unpatched ones exist and the silent shot with the weapons are done like the people above me have mentioned. Switching weapon right after you shoot.

As soon as you shoot your psg, press F and this is called a SILENT SHOT

Well to answer on how to see them it will ask on where to open it with get it to open with Notepad.. no other help lol

That's Called a silent shot, it's not hard. After you shoot very quickly switch to another weapon.
