ps3 weird upgrade problem

i updated my ps3 to the latest virsion to play cd4 any ways all went smod i updated i played i went to slipe.
woke up today enterd my heavnly sword disk and it asked me to update or more actuly downgrade to 1.10 whan i got 2.17 on the systeam i wonderd if any one exprinced any of thie problems and if its dengers to play the game ? + i thinck i might lead to a downgrade link weird -.-

i just dont wana instal yet to not screw the systeam in any way and thats y i asked it here.

i just dc'd my ps3 from the net and the game dosnt require to update the consle to 1.10 so whates up with that ?_?"_?

It's a game update (like a patch for a PC game), not a game console firmware update. So the thing that asks you to update to 1.10 is asking you to update the Heavenly Sword game to version 1.10, not your PlayStation 3.

Heavenly Sword's 1.10 update adds Dualshock 3 rumble support to the game.

heres how u know if it is a system update or it is a game update:
when u first start the game, it asks for an update, before the game loads, then it s game update. once the game is finshed loading and u try to log in to playstation network, and it says u need an update, its a system update.
