Your first impression of Starcraft 2?

What is your first impression of Starcraft 2 when you first watched the videos and the screenshots of the game?

Everything looks big in a way, my brain can't process Starcraft in 3D.
The screenshots and vid remind me of C&C 3.

Wow my friend said the exsact same thing, that its like C&C 3

I think 3D is a bad idea... (because that might make the gameplay garbage)
The Dragoons r gone...
Dark Templars r gone... (thats the coolest protoss unit, but they had to make it into some teleporting robot thing insted of just giving the templars the teleport ability)
All the orginal units r gone...
so it might suck balls, point blank period

Dunno about terran and zerg sence there unanouced

My first impressions of StarCraft 2 is that it is very similar to C&C 3: TW. Additionally, the game play is going to be 10x improved now and there will be new strategies because of this.

total mind blowing experience.. but i dont think it can live up to the origional.. comon.. other countries have a freekin tv channel dedicated to starcraft.. iono.. but i might be wrong.. i hope so!

KK, first impression good, but i dont think you have to worry about the gameplay or tactices of the SC2, if we see that that was the major advantage of part 1 i think the development team did also. I think they worked really really hard on improving tactics and gameplay.

Imagine this, they go to dunno....Japan hire about 10 of the most known players in Japan who won tournaments and what not and asked them to help on improving the gameplay. and lets say everyone is an Ace on a specifc class.

Those kids signed a contract not alowing them to talk about SC2 in any ways.
Each of them get interviewd with questions such as, what do you like about SC what NOT what do you think is missing what do you think lies in part 1 that really doesnt belong there and so on.

Then they worked on the art and graphics, i mean comeoen anything is better then a screen resolution of 800*600

We seen the Cover but dont judge yet, but i think i did didnt i , i think starcraft will make the top chart.
