Downloaded starcraft online?

ok i downloaded a starcraft broodwar on limewire and the singleplayer works great but i was wonderin does any1 know how to play online without a cd cause it neverworks after thx

You need to change your cd-key to a valid one.

I reccomend finding sc.rar, which contains a CD-Key-Generator.exe, a Validator(it's bs but no virus), and an SCKeyChanger.exe

Once you find it, load up CD-Key-Generator.exe, copy the Key, and open SCKeyChanger.exe.

Then change it as it says and you should be able to play online. If not, try it again.

One thing is that they might be muted.

isnt the starcraft that u got on limewire a one that really works???

Before doing the CD key you should try go to battlenet

and repost this with ( or edit) what message appears.

If it says CD key get a CD key, if it does not even work. like theres not even battlenet, get another starcraft in the internet

game. To play without the CD, please follow the following instructions:
- Windows Users:
- Make sure you have "Hide extensions for known types" unchecked under
Explorer Folder Options.
- If you own only StarCraft, copy "INSTALL.EXE" from the StarCraft CD to
your StarCraft folder and rename it to "StarCraft.mpq".
- If you own StarCraft: Brood War, copy "INSTALL.EXE" from the StarCraft:
Brood War CD to your StarCraft folder and rename it to "BroodWar.mpq".
