Does VAC ever IP ban?

No, they don't. They just ban your account, which is so much easier for them, and harder on you.

As hesham says they permanently ban your vac, and you'll get tired of playing on unsecured servers and eventually buy a new game. Though I think at some point they used to issue permanent bans where you couldn't play at all.

ya but i think they ipban if u get vac banned on many accounts from same ip

they just keep banning your accounts thats all, it take too long to ban your ip

Nope. If your account got vac banned, they're not gonna stop you from making a new account and giving them your money again XD
