Works a treat for me..

Just load TF2,
alt tab out of the main menu,
load the hack,
enjoy the spam,
quit TF2,
reload TF2 and ENJOY!! :D

Just as an FYI...this hack was originally made for just the medic achievements, so if you keep it around and valve doesn't do anything to stop it, it will most likely work for the new achievements that will be coming out for each class.

I just downloaded this mainly for when the Heavy achievements come, but I tried it anyway and it worked perfectly. Though if they get reset or my account gets disabled, I'll post again.

I'll be honest its really helped our clan,
we kinda gave up when the pyro update was introduced as there were far too many people running round trying to get their achievements :(

With this we got our own back..
and can now pwn them freely when we wish, hehe

I really are suspecious about this, steam is gona find out.
And when they do, your really screwed.

My advice is not to use this hacks and play instead =)
