mss32.dll MILLES error (please help)

if there is some one out there who could help me with the mss32.dll error please i ve tried google ive tried the search engins and and ive triend put a the mss32.dll file in random steam files and yet it just wont work.

i hav vista home premium so i dont know if vista is the problem but if there is a solution out ther please tell me im so frustrated and desprate

so please help me

Haha, your post is the second result when searching for "mss32.dll Steam" on Google.

Well, first thing I'd do is reinstall Steam.
