hit your computer and if it dosent work backup your game files and reinstall steam and if that dosent work wait 3-4 hours or restart your computer

Try again at night. If you are using some kind of steam patch to get free games, it might not work anymore...

Backup your clientregistry.blob file in your steam directory then delete the one in their. then try to start steam if it doesnt work put your back up back in the file cause i have no more ideas :(

also ur not really gonna give 4 games, its just ur way of trying to get this problem solved fast lol

1. Log onto Steam while connected to the internet.
2. Click file then offline mode.

Try connecting without being plugged into a router... just your modem. Also, the error makes note of the fact that you don't have steam account info saved, so try and log off and back in.
