half life was better as single player and cs was just a mod so in terms of gameplay i choose half life but in terms of multiplayer i choose cs because i hated hl2dm

I prefer Counter-Strike over Half Life Deathmatch (which is what I assume you mean...). Counter-Strike features more realistic gunz and requires more tactics. HLDM seems too fast-pased and explosiony to me.

I personally prefer CS because of the online play, Half life isn't bad though.
