does anyone have a free copy of css or tf2 they can gift me? it would be greatly apprieciated

These games are often on sale via the Steam network. I doubt anyone is willing to give away a free account. Just keep an eye out for sales, often times they will sell them for $9.99 or less. Alone I think that they are $19.99 each.

They are both $19.99. And like he said, little-no people give away games on Steam without wanting something in return, especially to someone they don't even know.
