Read:
It says it is for CSS, but, CSS is a HL.exe, so it also works for HL2:DM also.

Instructions...
Double click 'ahpub.exe', Click 'ok' when the pop-up appears. Open Counter-Strike: Source.
If injected successfully, text should appear in the console, if not try again...
Press Insert to open up the menu when in a game, and use your arrow keys to navigate the
menu, hit BACKSPACE to return to the main categories.

A couple of the hacks dont work for HL2DM, like the recoil/spread removals.
