homework section

idk i just think itll be nice to have a section where ppl can get help on the homeowrk, and stuff like that, like have 4 sub topics, maths ection, sceince section, english section, and other....

everyone has problems with homework, and itll be nice to ask ppl for help, wat is better then getting like 100 pll checking ur homework (101 ppl checking ur homeowrk maybe), thats a garaneteed +A, unless its rocket science or something extreme.....

Re: homework section

Homework? Thats what google is for ;)

A homework section kind of sounds silly (no offense, but...)

The point of homework is to learn the material. If you have to resort to posting on a forum to ask for help... I really think it better to just struggle with it and possibly go to google. I visit this forum for many reasons, and one of those reasons is to not think about homework (which I am doing right now.)

Re: homework section

That's what school's for, not a gaming forum. If you can't figure out your homework, maybe you should of paid more attention in class?

Re: homework section

Teachers assign material so we better understand it, yes. In my philosophy, the best way to learn, after being given a brief overview of how problems work, is to do it your self (i,e homework). If you were not assigned homework, chances are you would not plop down, and just, do problems.

Doing problems alone is extremely important (and arguably the only way to study for math exams, you may argue with me, but I doubt your doing university level math.)

If you were to post up your homework problems, you would be advertising to everyone that you just dont want to think for yourself. A forum is not some conglomerate of tutors who will come at your every whim...

Really what I am trying to say is, do the problems yourself, its better for you that way anyhow.

Re: homework section

This is a gaming forum, not a library or school. However, if you do desire to ask about your homework, try [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

So, to answer the suggestion. I do not see a 'homework' section being added. Thank you for the suggestion though.
