Surely you won't be changing nicknames that often that you'd actually forget what usernames you've used..? Besides which, I don't know how feasible it would be.

Like:
IforgotmyID -- > Lumiere
Tomygun444 --->(male)Tony(male)
Etc.

Are you talking about a list of who had their name changed and if they changed their name, what it is after the name change?

For the time being, that's an admin only function.. I don't think it'd be a wise move to incorporate the list in the same page as the request box (the list will grow to be quite extensive - at time of writing, there's at least 100), but I'll look into making it publicly available.
