Users have the ability to delete their own posts.

Title says it all. I know there has been some discussion on it, but I came up with a few ideas.

1) Users have the ability to delete thread, as long as a majority of users that have posted in the thread can chose either if they want the thread deleted by a vote via PM.

2) Threads creators can't delete more than 1 thread a week.

3) Post counts are lost.

4) If abused, an infraction will be given.

I figured I would bring it up.
