Suggestion let there be soldier front hack suggestions on ijji/soldier front

the title already explains it... can we have a suggestion section here without the infractions.. come on mods, sometimes what we are looking for couldn't be found by simply using the search button... there are also rules that forbids us to just post for requesting any hacks or modifications whatsoever... what if we have some ideas that coders here could make really useful..
