Suggestion Reply System?

Hi, well im new here but.. on one of the other hacking forums, whenever you posted something [thread or normal post] you would get an alert or notification about it. I was wondering if we could do that here. Say someone made a thread " Release [So n So] " then some people didnt know how it worked, or had a question about it. But maker of the hack didnt know about it so no one answered it? Well i was just wondering if we could put up some kind of thread-replying type system.

User CP -> Edit Options -> 'Subscription Mode'. From the dropdown, select Instant Email Notification. The others are self-explanatory. Select 'No Email Notification' for the thread to be displayed only in your subscriptions in your CP, or leave it at Do Not Subscribe to not subscribe at all.

Do you mean a popup once a thread has been made? Please be more specific.

Ex: You make a post on how to eat bacon, then someone replies to it. And when you log on there is a notification that it has been posted. So that way you can just go back and help them o.O
